TikTok Integration Data

When you integrate your TikTok account with Vuely.ai:

  • Vuely.ai receives limited access to your TikTok account data required for content scheduling and posting
  • Data received from TikTok is processed only for the limited purpose of enabling Vuely.ai services
  • Vuely.ai does NOT sell, share, or disclose your TikTok data for cross-context behavioral advertising
  • Any data subprocessors are contractually bound to comply with data protection laws
  • Your data belongs to you, and we are stewards of that data under TikTok's platform terms

OAuth 2.0 Authentication and Token Management

Vuely.ai uses OAuth 2.0 for secure authentication with connected platforms:

  • You do NOT share your platform password with Vuely.ai
  • Instead, you securely authorize Vuely.ai to access specific features via OAuth 2.0
  • Access tokens are short-lived and are refreshed only when needed to provide the features you authorize
  • Refresh tokens remain valid only while permitted by the connected platform and may be revoked by you or invalidated by the platform
  • All tokens are encrypted and stored securely on our backend servers, NOT in client-side code
  • You can revoke Vuely.ai's access at any time through the relevant platform account settings

Google and YouTube Data Handling

When you connect a Google account to use Vuely.ai's YouTube features, Vuely.ai accesses the YouTube Data API and YouTube Analytics API on your behalf to:

  • Read your YouTube channel information and the metadata and processing status of videos managed through Vuely.ai
  • Read performance analytics such as views, watch time, and engagement metrics to display them in your Vuely.ai dashboard
  • Create, upload, and publish videos to your channel, including title, description, tags, thumbnail, and privacy settings selected by you

Google user data is used solely to provide these user-requested features. Vuely.ai does not sell Google or YouTube data, use it for advertising, or use it for any purpose unrelated to operating the Service. OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted and stored on our backend servers and are deleted when you disconnect the Google/YouTube account. You can revoke Vuely.ai's access at any time in your Google Account permissions.

YouTube API Services

Vuely.ai's YouTube features use YouTube API Services. By using these features you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Vuely.ai's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Platforms Privacy Policies

Vuely.ai integrates with TikTok, Google/YouTube, and other third-party platforms. These integrations are governed by their respective privacy policies. We recommend you review:

Vuely.ai implements comprehensive technical and administrative safeguards:

  • Server-side encryption of access tokens and refresh tokens
  • HTTPS for all data transmission between your device and Vuely.ai servers
  • Secure credential storage following industry best practices

  • Personnel handling sensitive data are contractually bound to confidentiality
  • Immediate notification protocols for any suspected data breaches

12. Data Subprocessors
